The Hub@Southport is the first port of call for anybody in our community needing advice on housing and related issues. Our aim is to provide a welcoming environment where we can offer you the best advice for your own personal circumstances. TENANCY SUPPORT

Tenancy Support is provided for anybody in need of help and support in maintaining a tenancy Our staff will work with you in a friendly, professional and confidential way.

Our Tenancy Support Service will help you to:
  • Claim any relevant benefits, in particular related to housing
  • Achieve your independence 
  • Gain interpersonal skills to liaise with landlords and other agencies
  • Deal with other issues which have led to your present circumstances
  • Feel more motivated and confident
  • Access training, education or employment
  • Deal confidently with budgeting and debt
  • Access other support services in the area
