We work in partnership with Mersey West Lancs Teaching Hospital NHS Trust, St. Marks Medical Centre, PC24, Change Grow Live, Faculty of Homelessness Health Inclusion and Complete Care Communities.
We also have working arrangements in place with Sefton Council (Housing/Adult Social Care/Children, Schools and Families), Mersey Care, Sefton CVS, and a range of voluntary, community and faith groups across Sefton.

Housing related legal advice. Tenancy support.
Intensive outreach support.
Food, drink, and essential items. Laundry facilities.
Access to emergency and supported accommodation. Women's specialist services. Specialist primary care clinics. Fast-track access to GPs, nurse practitioners, and mental health nurses.
Hospital in-patient accommodation assessments.
Counselling/CBT services.
Accompanied appointments.
Onward referrals to specialists.
Addiction and mental health services.
Hep C testing.
