We are so very pleased to have been the recipient of this year's award for Best Initiative for Tackling Homelessness for our Health Inclusion work. However this wouldn't have been possible without the commitment, support and hard work of our partners at St Marks in Southport, PC24 in South Sefton, CGL, Hep C Trust, Dentaid and everyone at Southport Hospital AED, HALT, MHLT, Discharge Facilitators and Safeguarding and the many individuals who support our team to deliver these essential services.
